The projects in the steel industry which become the most developed area of the construction industry in the future as well.The main construction company is LLP “Bonita Engineering» now, which has a license category I for the design, construction, and development works. CONSTRUCTION
Companies of the group construct public and residential buildings, medical and sports facilities, hotels, industrial plants, roads, bridges, hydroengineering and protection constructions. Our particular trend is pipe laying of different types including gas pipeline.

In 1999, as part of BONITA Group began development of a new direction – professional management of property and hospitality industry. The first project – was built in Aktobe Hotel-Residence АLBION.
PROJECT MANAGMENT
Implementing the principle of diversification in business, BONITA Group has developed a number of projects in the areas adjacent to the main areas of its activity. Thus, the construction trend was reinforced by the development of domestic production of building materials – plant design of ventilated facades LLP “JV” ArtFassad”. The creation of an all-season resort in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau (project “Ile Alatau resort”), which BONITA Group started in early 2002, and it is closely linked with the construction, with developments in the hospitality industry.
